All Azurway packages are covered by medical and baggage insurance and the Company is covered from the risk of insolvency through the "Guarantee Fund" policy. It means that: - during your holiday you are covered in case of medical issues that leads to expenses for medical assistance and medicines - during your holiday you are covered in case of baggage loss and damage - during your holiday you are covered in case of Tour Operator bankruptcy...but it won't happen ;) !
Cancellation Insurance is always optional and at the Customer's discretion. The cost of the insurance premium varies from 4.5% to 5% of the value of the travel package. Remember that this insurance can only be stipulated at the same time as booking the trip!

Travel Documentation is managed according to a priority order of departures. Travel Documents are normally sent to the booking holder's email between 7 and 5 days before departure.
Sending documents before this deadline is not possible, so we ask Customers to calmly wait for the right moment.
Make two copies of your passport ID or Give one copy to someone you trust.
Registered in embassy is needed if you are travelling outside of your country.
If you travel outside of your country, Please carry Local cash.
